Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted withing 20 days since the item was received and full refund will be granted ONLY in the following cases:

1. the item got damaged in transit.

2. the item received has different features or it is completely different than the one ordered

3. you did not receive the item after 1 month since the estimated arrival date.

  • For other situations different than the ones mentioned above refunds are not accepted. In this case please contact us, we will make the best we can to solve the issue.
  • If  the wrong size or color was ordered and the item needs to be exchanged, the customer must ship the item in the same condition it was received (shipping costs to be paid by the customer). Once we receive the item we will send a replacement item prior agreement with the customer. The replacement item must be under or equal value than the one ordered in the first place.
