HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments made using Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We can also accept PayPal, contact us to arrange payment via PayPal.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping option, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
 
  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.

 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at their destination (Shipping time may vary depending on destination country).

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed (usually within 1-2 days), you will receive an automatic email with your tracking code. Simply go to the top menu of our site and click ‘Track Order’. Input your tracking code in the new tab, shipping details will show for your order.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE OR IT DOESN’T FIT WELL?

Please make sure you check the size chart before ordering. We do not guarantee an exchange will be possible. Depending on the item, exchange might be possible but the process is long and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the specified address. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.

 

 

CAN I PAY IN MY CURRENCY?

All charges are processed in Euro (EUR). Orders are processed according to the current exchange rate. Note: prices may vary in accordance to the time the charge processes in our system due to the exchange rate.

 

 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Yes. We take data security very seriously. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us.
 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our policy lasts 20 days from the day you have received your item. If 20 days have gone by since the day of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM?

We will gladly accept to exchange your item if it is broken or damaged upon receipt. Our priority is to make certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
